Last updated: February 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all programs, courses, digital products, services, websites, platforms, and communities offered by Redwood Learning ("Redwood," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Redwood Learning product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our products or services.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all current and future Redwood Learning offerings, including but not limited to:
-
Paid and free digital courses and programs
-
Cohort-based programs and memberships
-
Audio lessons, video lessons, worksheets, templates, and written resources
-
Live or recorded group calls, workshops, or trainings
-
Online communities, discussion spaces, and communication platforms
These Terms apply worldwide, including users located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other international jurisdictions, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Nature of Redwood Learning Products and Services
All Redwood Learning products and services are educational in nature.
Our offerings are designed to provide parents and caregivers with information, guidance, and tools related to supporting a child’s learning.
Redwood Learning does not provide:
- Tutoring or direct instruction to children
- Medical, psychological, therapeutic, or diagnostic services
- Educational evaluations or assessments
- Legal advice or advocacy services
Our programs do not replace professional evaluations, individualized instruction, therapy, medical care, or school-based services. You are responsible for determining whether additional professional support is appropriate for your child.
3. Eligibility and Intended Audience
Our products are intended for adults (18 years or older), primarily parents, caregivers, and guardians.
By using our services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and are using the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Digital Access and Delivery
All Redwood Learning products are delivered digitally unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Access may be provided:
- Immediately upon purchase
- On a scheduled release date
- For a limited or ongoing period, depending on the product
We reserve the right to modify delivery methods, platforms, or access structures at any time.
5. Payments, Pricing, and No-Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.
Because our products include immediate access to proprietary digital content:
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits
- This includes partial participation, non-use, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials
All content provided by Redwood Learning — including audio, video, text, worksheets, recordings, frameworks, methodologies, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Redwood Learning.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share materials
- Upload content to public or private platforms
- Share login credentials or allow access by others outside your household
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
7. Accounts, Access, and Community Conduct
Each purchase or enrollment is intended for one household only, unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to participate respectfully in all community spaces, live calls, and communications.
Redwood Learning reserves the right to remove participants from programs, calls, or community spaces for behavior that is disruptive, harmful, inappropriate, or violates these Terms — without refund.
8. Live Sessions and Recordings
Some Redwood Learning products include live group calls, workshops, or interactive sessions.
If the product you purchase includes live sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Live sessions may be recorded
- Recordings may include audio, video, chat messages, or screen content
- Recordings may be shared with other enrolled participants as part of the product
- Access to recordings may be provided live, on replay, or for a limited or ongoing period, at Redwood Learning’s discretion
Attendance at live sessions is not guaranteed, and recordings may be provided in place of live participation.
9. Live Participation, Recordings, and Consent to Use Likeness
Some Redwood Learning products include live group calls, workshops, or interactive sessions.
By choosing to participate in live sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Live sessions may be recorded
- Recordings may include your image, voice, name, chat messages, or other participation
- Recordings may be shared with other enrolled participants as part of the product
If you voluntarily turn on your camera, microphone, or otherwise participate verbally or visually, you grant Redwood Learning permission to:
- Record your image, voice, and participation
- Use excerpts, clips, screenshots, or recordings for educational, training, and promotional purposes, including websites, emails, and social media
Participation with video or audio is voluntary. You may choose to keep your camera off, mute your microphone, or refrain from speaking at any time. If you prefer not to be recorded, you may participate without enabling video or audio or access recordings after the session.
This consent is granted without compensation and remains in effect unless you withdraw participation in recorded sessions.
10. No Guarantees and Results Disclaimer
Redwood Learning makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, academic progress, or results.
Results depend on many factors, including individual needs, consistency, external supports, and circumstances beyond our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Redwood Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product or service
You agree to release and hold harmless Redwood Learning from claims arising out of your participation, use of materials, or implementation of strategies.
12. Modifications to Products and Terms
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products, features, or content
- Update these Terms at any time
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and International Use
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redwood Learning operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you access our services internationally, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
